I work one on one.
I will help you assess your level of physical fitness and help you work toward a personal fitness goal through proper exercise instruction and personal motivation. The scope of my practice for personal training is to enhance your fitness knowledge allowing you to excel toward your chosen goals.
You will find my approach to be precise and specifically focused on the identified muscle or muscle group. Attention to detail will quickly isolate the desired area for training. You will begin to notice your overall knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and bio-mechanics improve as you learn more about your body and how it works.
Fitness is defined differently by each individual client. I will use my fifteen years of experience to specify a plan of action tailored to the individual client. The goal is being healthy. In this context, it means an absence of a disease that would affect one's ability to exercise.
